My Journey

Elementary Education

(1983–1992)

As an elementary school teacher, I learned how to communicate clearly, listen deeply, and adapt to different learning styles—skills I now use to meet clients where they are and guide them with patience and insight.


It also taught me the value of creativity and fun.

Nonprofit Leadership

(2001–2016)

For 15 years, I led a nonprofit chapter of 150 people, organizing teams, fostering community, and speaking weekly. This experience honed my leadership, coordination, and public speaking skills—all of which now support my work helping clients navigate change with clarity and confidence.

Small Business Leadership

(2015–Present)

Over the past decade, I revitalized and grew a small chiropractic practice, building systems for efficiency while overseeing staff and patient care. This hands-on experience sharpened my ability to lead with both structure and empathy—skills that are essential in coaching others through business growth and transition.

Professional Coaching (2020–Present)

Coaching has become a true calling, allowing me to help business owners, entrepreneurs, career changers, and individuals in transition navigate complexity and gain momentum. I love helping people move through the tangles of uncertainty and into aligned, purpose-driven success.
